He listened to what we were looking for, helped us find the perfect house, then came up with a solid sales plan for our existing home. It was quick and easy on both the purchase and sale side.
There was a lot of back and forth between us and the sellers agent and builder, often random and after hours; Jasper was extremely responsive and strongly advocated for our wishes and best interests.
We were building new and preparing our existing home to sell simultaneously, there was a LOT to take care of and Jasper helped us navigate it all without it becoming overwhelming. In 2008 Mary Searcy helped this mother of 4 do what others said couldn’t be done - build a new home, with my chosen builder and design in a closed neighborhood, for below market cost during a recession. 14 years later her daughter Jasper made our next seemingly unattainable home dream come true. I am in awe that she managed to check all the “wants” boxes for my now family of 7 + 3 fur babies within our timeline and budget. She was also incredibly sensitive to the emotional sale of our family’s former sanctuary. In addition to her real estate skills, Jasper‘s relatable family values made both transactions way less stressful for us. The Searcy Team is excellent brokers we now categorize as trusted friends.
